Techsolut Vision Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Techsolut Vision platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Techsolut Vision", "we", "our", "us" refers to Techsolut SAS and its subsidiaries.
• "Platform" refers to the Techsolut Vision computer vision software, including all its features, services, and interfaces.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• "Content" refers to all images, videos, annotations, models, data, and other materials uploaded to or generated by the Platform.

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

To fully use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Authorized Users

If you create an account for an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Licenses and Intellectual Property

4.1 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and your subscription.

4.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the Content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transfer, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing you with the services.

4.3 Our Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding your Content), are the property of Techsolut Vision and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Legal Compliance

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Restrictions

You must not:
- Use the Platform for illegal or prohibited purposes
- Violate intellectual property or other rights of third parties
- Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Platform
- Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform
- Automate access or use without our express authorization
- Resell, rent, or market access to the Platform

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans with various features and limitations. Details are available on our pricing page.

6.2 Payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge you for applicable fees.

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods unless you cancel before the renewal date.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, available on our website.

7. Termination

7.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the deactivation procedure in the account settings.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms.

7.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, you will lose access to the Platform. You will be able to export your Content for a limited period after termination, in accordance with our data export policy.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time. We will endeavor to give you reasonable notice for significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Availability and Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Techsolut Vision will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9.3 Liability Cap

Our total liability related to your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you have paid for the subscription during the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of substantial changes before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Techsolut Vision regarding your use of the Platform.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
