Account & Access
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking on "Register" at the top-right of our site. Follow the instructions to complete the form. Once registered, you'll receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
How can I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions sent via email to reset your password.
Can I have multiple users on a single account?
Yes, our Business and Enterprise plans allow you to add multiple users to a single account, with customizable roles and permissions for each team member.

What types of annotations are supported?
TECHSOLUT supports a wide range of annotation types including bounding boxes, polygons, polylines, keypoints, 3D annotations, semantic and instance segmentation, as well as video tracking annotations.
How does real-time collaboration work?
Our real-time collaboration feature allows multiple team members to work simultaneously on the same project or image. You can see others' annotations live, communicate via our built-in chat, and track changes in real-time.
What does "AI-assisted annotation" mean?
AI-assisted annotation uses pre-trained models to automate or speed up the annotation process. For example, our Smart Polygon feature can automatically generate precise polygons around objects, while our auto-tracking tool can propagate annotations across frames in a video sequence.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you wish to downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
